Finally there is a motivating factor for me to go to work. went for training this week on introduction to 6 sigma. QFD, FMEA, MSA, pivot tables, bla bla bla... WHen did you learn abt these in sch? ANd when did VOC matter in the past to me? A simple process, a simple requirement, yet the act of fulfilling this requirement is nt an ez step. So many questions to ask, n there's no right or wrong ans, but reasonable justification. To me, it all boils down to good communication skills. Able to talk well, u will be able to influence pple, make more "khakis" and be recognized.
